Why We Started This Project

Dear Friends,

Our family loves music, and we love Scripture songs. They are a beautiful way to hide God’s Word in our hearts and share His truth with people all around the world.

Over the past year, we’ve discovered so many amazing Scripture songs—songs in different languages, styles, and traditions. Across the globe, people are truly singing a new song to the Lord. Yet as we searched, we realized something was missing: a central place where believers could find, share, and explore Scripture songs in every language.

That’s why we created this project.

As followers of Jesus, we want to help believers—young and old—find Scripture songs for their favorite Bible verses or even in a favorite genre. As gospel seed sowers, we want to highlight Scripture songs in the languages of the unreached. And as musicians, we want to make it easy for creatives to see which verses still need to be set to music.
